J.J. Pfister craft spirits are hand-crafted to meet our family tradition of excellence.

J.J. Pfister sources ingredients from the local Sacramento Valley and then distills and bottles our craft spirits at our Sacramento distillery.

The J.J. Pfister craft spirit portfolio includes Capitol Gin, Rye Vodka, Navy Strength Rum, Drakas, Apple Brandy, and Eau de Vie – as well as three premium whiskeys, High Rye Bourbon, Rye Whiskey and American Single Malt Whiskey.
